Queen Metallia

Queen Metallia is the leader of the Dark Kingdom and Queen Beryl's boss. She is evil energy that does not possess a body. During the whole series, Queen Beryl's and the four generals' mission is to drain human energy in order to revive Metallia. In Act 45, Metallia possesses a youma, making it much more powerful. Eventually, the monster is destroyed in Act 46 by Sailor Venus' attack.

Queen Beryl

Queen Beryl is introduced in Act 1. She is the boss of Jadeite, Kunzite, Nephrite, and Zoicite. She works under the control of the leader of the Dark Kingdom, Queen Metallia. Queen Beryl is in love with Prince Endymion and she eventually brainwashes him, making him evil. Beryl is destroyed by Princess Serenity in the end of the series. The queen demands love and loyalty (read: the Mystic Silver Crystal) from her generals but does not hesitate to sacrifice them for her personal purposes such as making Mamoru come with her.

Jadeite

Jadeite is Queen Beryl's first general and appears in Act 1 for first time. He has short blond hair. Jadeite is always failing in his missions, therefore he is turned him into a stone by Beryl, but eventually Metallia revives him in Act 16. The goal of Jadeite is to drain energy from human beings. The first general is always arguing with Nephrite, and he is usually partnered by either Kunzite or Zoicite, although he wants to prove himself to Beryl. In Act 9, however, she suggested to Nephrite and Jadeite that they work together to defeat the Soldiers. Jadeite usually uses small daggers which he throws against the Senshi.

Nephrite

Nephrite is the second general. He appears in Act 4 for first time. Nephrite is always in red, and has short dark red hair. It is interesting to note that compared to anime Nephrite, the character from PGSM does not develop a relationship with Osaka Naru. The second general is weak and he is often not able to complete his mission. Nephrite is "killed" by Queen Beryl in Act 36 in front of the five Senshi and Mamoru, making the general use his own weapon against himself. This was Beryl's alternative to make her love come with her. Nephrite's overall mission is to find the Mystic Silver Crystal before the Sailor Senshi do.

Zoicite

Zoicite is the third general and he appears in Act 7 for first time. Zoicite is very strange and he spends most of his time playing on his piano or composing songs. His clothes are white, like his hair. Zoicite is "killed" by Sailor Venus' beam attack in Act 12, but later he revives. The general often creates monsters by playing his piano. He admires Prince Endymion, and calls him Master Endymion. Zoicite helps Sailor Moon in Act 43 by teleporting in front of her, right before the youma's weapon, sacrificing himself for his Master. Zoicite's main goal was to kill the Moon Princess.

Kunzite

Kunzite appears in Act 13. He was originally a man named Shin, who Usagi and Mamoru meet. In the same act, Queen Beryl decides to awake the fourth general, Kunzite. He is the rudest and the most powerful of the generals. Kunzite does not like (nor admires) Beryl, but he deeply admires Queen Metallia. Very intelligent and evil, Kunzite causes much trouble to the Sailor Senshi. He almost turned Usagi into a monster in Acts 13 and 14 and he made Ami evil during Acts 22-28. Kunzite can create strong energy blasts using his sword, and even has the power to de-transform Sailor Luna into the plushie.

Kuroki Mio

Kuroki Mio appears in Act 29. In the same episode, while having dinner and watching TV, Shingo notices the idol on TV. He says she is cute, while Usagi tells him she is not as cute as Aino Minako is. The next day, Miss Haruna introduces a new student to the class - it is Mio. Later the class is divided in half during the sports class, and Usagi decides to win the volleyball match for Minako, her favourite singer (read: Mio is Minako's rival, according to Usagi). Kuroki Mio, however, is not only a bit harsh towards Usagi - she is also an agent of the Dark Kingdom, and actually, she is Queen Beryl's other self. A typical example of this fact is Act 29. While Usagi and Kuroki are at the park, Usagi describes the person she loves, and Mio realises it is Chiba Mamoru (Prince Endymion) and squashes her ice-cream in anger. Mio is eventually killed by evil Endymion.
